48″ Raptor SD with Kohler KT Tune-up Kit
We design Tune-Up Kits to simplify maintenance of Hustler 48 IN Raptor SD riding lawn mowers equipped with Kohler KT engines. Performing regular maintenance improves performance and prevents unnecessary wear. Our custom kits include genuine Hustler and Kohlerparts. These include all the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts to re-power engines and renew blades (air filter, fuel filter, engine oil filter, oil and spark plugs). Authentic Hustler and Kohler parts maintain consistent performance and guarantee best fit.
The parts featured in this kit are the latest part numbers recommended by each manufacturer. Both Hustler and Kohler update part numbers and alter recommendations based on testing. We do our best to reference prior part numbers in the details below. The engine parts included in this kit are equivalent to Kohler Maintenance Kit (16 789 02-S).
Please verify your model number and refer to images prior to ordering. There are multiple air filters offered on Kohler engines and multiple engine manufacturers used throughout the Hustler product line-up.
Tune Up Kit (853151007196) exclusively fits 48 IN Raptor SD and Raptor Flip-UP models featuring Kohler KT engine air filter 16 083 04-S. Please check air filter before ordering. The air filter featured in this kit is an oval race track style element approximately 2.5 IN Height. Other engines feature canister filters or smaller race track style elements.
